5W Solar LED Garden Light IP65 ABS 3.7V 2Ah

Compact enough to mount at head height on a wall, post or gatepost, the 0932A05-01 is a 5W solar LED garden light measuring 113 x 66 x 166mm. The manufacturer lists it for installation between ground level and three metres, which covers most doorways, steps and boundary walls.

Twenty 2835 LEDs run at 6000K with a rated efficacy of 160 lm/W. A 5.5V 2W polycrystalline panel charges a 3.7V 2Ah lithium-ion battery in a stated 6 to 8 hours, and the manufacturer gives a discharging time of 8 to 10 hours from full, so this is a lamp sized for an evening's lighting rather than dusk-to-dawn duty in poor weather. The casing is ABS and PS with an IP65 rating, so it copes with rain and dust in an exposed position.

It works well beside back doors, on staircases and ramps, along short garden paths, at rear gates and on the walls of shops, stores and workshops, where a single point of light at a doorway is all that is wanted.
