Dayliff DDA 1200C2 Submersible Well Pump 0.92kW

Twin mechanical seals and a jacketed motor make the Dayliff DDA 1200C2 a steady performer on domestic and light duty abstraction from wells, tanks and boreholes. It is a submersible multistage centrifugal pump for clean, non aggressive water, and the jacketed motor arrangement cools well enough that the pump can work semi submerged.

Impellers and diffusers are polypropylene and the casing is stainless steel. The mechanical seals sit in an intermediate oil chamber, in a twin arrangement on this model, which is the detail that lifts its reliability over the simpler pumps in the range. A low level float switch on an adjustment clamp and an inbuilt capacitor are fitted as standard, keeping installation straightforward, and a pressure controller can be added where automatic operation is wanted.

Well and tank abstraction is the natural fit, though the pump also covers water transfer, small irrigation lines and pressure boosting as an alternative to a dry mounted surface pump.
