Dayliff DDA 600C Submersible Well Pump 0.55kW 0.75HP

Small households and light duty abstraction are what the Dayliff DDA 600C is built around. The pump is a submersible multistage centrifugal unit for clean, non aggressive water, drawing from wells and boreholes or from storage tanks, and its jacketed motor allows it to run semi submerged where water levels are low.

Polypropylene impellers and diffusers run inside a stainless steel casing. Like the larger twin sealed model in the range, this pump uses two mechanical seals in an intermediate oil chamber rather than one, which is worth having where the pump will be started and stopped often. It arrives with a low level float switch on an adjustment clamp and an inbuilt capacitor, so wiring is simple, and cable is supplied with the pump. A pressure controller can be fitted for automatic operation.

It is used for well and tank abstraction, transferring water between storage points, small irrigation and modest pressure boosting.
