Dayliff DDA1000P Submersible Well Pump 1.0kW 1.3HP

Light weight for its rating, the Dayliff DDA1000P is a submersible multistage centrifugal pump for clean, non aggressive water in domestic and light duty service. It is the easiest of the DDA pumps to handle on site, which matters where a pump has to be lifted in and out of a well by hand.

Impellers and diffusers are polypropylene inside a stainless steel casing, with mechanical seals in an intermediate oil chamber, and the jacketed motor arrangement lets the pump run semi submerged without overheating. A low level float switch with an adjustment clamp and an inbuilt capacitor are fitted, which keeps the installation simple, and cable is supplied with the pump. Adding a pressure controller turns it into an automatic set.

Wells and storage tanks are the usual sources, with the pump also used for transfer between tanks, small scale irrigation and pressure boosting in place of a dry mounted surface pump.
