About this product
Shallow wells, sumps and low lying tanks are the working ground of the Dayliff DDJ 750. It is a centrifugal jet type pump with an integral ejector unit, which is what lets it prime itself and pull water from a source set well below the pump, and it is the smaller of the two DDJ models.
Cast iron makes up the pump body, while the ejector and impeller are engineering plastic. The pump is close coupled to a TEFC electric motor built for continuous running, with a thermal cutout guarding against electrical overload, and it connects directly to the mains through a fuse or MCB. Water pumped should be thin, clean and chemically non aggressive, free of solid particles and fibres.
Households, small guest houses, shops and light commercial premises use it for supply, boosting and filling storage where suction lift rules out a plain centrifugal pump.
