Dayliff DDP 60 Peripheral Water Pump 0.5HP 0.37kW

Standard specification in Dayliff's DDP peripheral range, the DDP 60 is listed by the supplier at 0.5HP and is built for small scale domestic and commercial water supply. A peripheral impeller suits it to duties that call for pressure more than volume, such as pushing water up to a roof tank or lifting shower performance.

Construction is a cast iron pump body with a brass impeller, copper motor windings and stainless steel housing inserts that keep the impeller free to turn. The motor is a close coupled TEFC type rated for continuous operation, with a thermal cutout to protect it against electrical overload, and it connects directly to the mains supply. Pumped water should be thin, clean and chemically non aggressive, without solid particles or fibres.

Houses, flats, shops and small workshops use it for boosting, tank filling and general transfer.
