About this product
Where the smallest drainage pumps run out of capacity, the Dayliff DDW 750S steps up. It is a centrifugal submersible pump with a standard open impeller, intended for lightly turbid water in drainage, irrigation, fountain, pond and water transfer duties on domestic and light commercial sites.
Construction follows the rest of the DDW range: high strength engineering plastic for the pump casing, suction base and impeller, an external float switch for automatic level control, and a union connected outlet that suits a threaded or hose connection. Each pump comes with 10 metres of waterproof power cable. The integral non-overloading induction motor is designed for continuous operation and protected by a thermal cut-out in the winding, and it can be connected straight to the mains through a 10A fuse or MCB, with no starter required.
Builders reach for this size when dewatering foundations and trenches after rain, while farmers and homeowners use it to draw from tanks and shallow reservoirs, feed drip lines and keep ponds and fountains moving.
