Dayliff DG 950P Portable Petrol Generator for Light Loads

Entry point to the Dayliff DG-P range, the DG 950P is a compact portable petrol generator for standby lighting and small appliances at homes, kiosks and small business premises, and for basic power at locations the grid has not reached.

An economical air cooled OHV petrol engine with a large exhaust and air cleaner keeps running noise moderate, and it drives a high efficiency square core alternator for consistent AC output. The set sits in a strong tubular frame that stands up to being moved regularly, its controls are grouped on an integrated control panel, and over current protection is of the fuseless type. Two features found on larger DG-P sets are not included at this size: there is no oil alert system to stop the engine on low oil, and the fuel tank is not the high capacity type, so oil level and fuel should both be checked before each run.
