Dayliff DSD 3/10 Submersible Borehole Pump 0.55kW

The Dayliff DSD 3/10 is a submersible multistage centrifugal pump for domestic and small scale water supply from wells and boreholes. It is one of the sizes supplied complete with 30m of cable and a control box, so a straightforward household installation can be completed without sourcing those parts separately.

Materials are chosen with sandy water in mind. Impellers and diffusers are polycarbonate, the delivery and suction chambers are cast iron, and the pump housing, shaft and shaft coupling are AISI 304 stainless steel; the polycarbonate impellers in particular give the range its sand handling ability and long life. The pump is coupled to a sealed, liquid cooled asynchronous squirrel cage motor in stainless steel. Single phase units run through a Dayliff SCM control box for operation and for protection against overload, dry running and over or under voltage, while three phase units take a remote DOL starter, with a Dayliff SCT electronic pump controller recommended for comprehensive control.

Homes, guest houses, schools, clinics and smallholdings across the region use pumps of this size to draw borehole water into storage tanks and household distribution.
