EMTOP AC Clamp Meter 600A 6000 Counts EDMR26001

Mid-range AC clamp meter reading 6A, 60A and 600A on a 6000-count display, which covers most commercial distribution boards, three-phase motors and standby generator feeds. It sits between a basic 200A instrument and a full 1000A meter in both capacity and resolution.

AC and DC voltage are measured from 0.1 V to 600 V and resistance from 0 to 60 kilohms, so continuity and supply checks can be made with the same tool that took the load reading. Data hold captures a value taken with the jaw in an awkward position, and a low battery indication warns before readings become unreliable.

Both a backlight and a flash light are built in for work in unlit risers and plant rooms. Two LR03 AAA batteries are supplied with the meter, which is packed in a colour box. Select the range before the jaw goes into a board rather than turning the dial in a confined space, and use the hold function to capture a value you cannot see at the time.
