Every compressor eventually gets a blow gun on the end of it, and this one covers the routine cleaning-down jobs around a workshop. Mechanics use it to clear brake dust and swarf, joiners to blow sawdust out of joints before glue-up, and electricians to clean dust from panels, fans and cooling fins before reassembly.

The nozzle measures 16mm and the body is shaped for one-handed trigger control, so the free hand can hold or turn the workpiece. Airflow is regulated by how far the trigger is squeezed, which matters when the job is drying a painted edge or clearing chips from a tapped hole rather than blasting a casting clean.

Supply is through a European type connector, so it plugs directly into a hose already fitted with that coupling. It is a straightforward tool to keep hanging by the compressor, and one that tends to be used several times a day once it is there.
