Rated at 610Nm of maximum torque, this 1/2" square drive air impact wrench is aimed at tyre bays, garages, plant yards and fabrication shops where seized and heavily torqued fasteners are part of the day. It removes wheel nuts, suspension bolts and machinery fixings that a breaker bar would fight for several minutes.

Drive comes from a twin hammer mechanism, which spreads the blow across two hammers and delivers torque more smoothly than a single hammer design while putting less strain on the anvil. Free speed is 7000rpm and the tool weighs 2.6kg with a 187mm body, short enough to work inside a wheel arch. Air is fed through a 1/4" inlet from a 3/8" hose at 6.3 bar, drawing 142.5 litres per minute. There is no quick plug fitted; European, American, Nitto and Italian connectors are supplied so the correct one can be added.

Three impact sockets in 17, 19 and 21mm come in the box, covering the most common wheel nut sizes straight away.
