EMTOP Cut Off Saw 2350W 355mm Metal Chop Saw ECFS3551

Fabricators cutting angle, box section, pipe and reinforcement bar need a saw that works through steel without wandering, and a 355mm abrasive chop saw is the standard machine for it. This model draws 2350W and spins the disc at 3800rpm.

Capacity is what decides whether a saw suits a workshop. Here it takes round pipe up to 100mm, square steel up to 100 x 100mm and rectangular section up to 120 x 100mm, and cuts steel bar up to 50mm. That covers gate and grille work, roof trusses, window frames, balustrades and general reinforcement cutting on site. The vice clamps the section against a fence so repeat lengths can be cut consistently, and the spark deflector directs debris away from the operator.

A 355mm cutting disc is fitted and a spare set of carbon brushes is packed with the machine, so the first brush change does not mean waiting for parts.
