When a slab, a plinth or a stretch of old floor screed has to come out, a demolition breaker does in an hour what a sledgehammer will not finish in a day. This EMTOP machine runs a 1700W motor, which places it in the medium-duty class that most site crews reach for.

It is a two-handed tool, worked vertically with body weight over the handles, so the operator steers the chisel rather than forcing it. The hammering action does the breaking; the user simply keeps the point moving to fresh material before it buries itself.
