EMTOP Diamond Core Bit 102mm Wet Cutting EDHC145102

Drilling a clean 102mm hole through reinforced concrete calls for a core bit that will not surrender the moment it meets rebar. This EMTOP wet diamond core bit uses laser welded segments, a construction that bonds the diamond segments to the barrel for demanding core drilling rather than relying on brazing alone.

It measures 102mm across the cut with a 450mm barrel length, giving enough reach for thick slabs and walls, and terminates in an M22 x 2.5 adaptor that threads onto standard core drilling motors. Running wet keeps the segments cool and flushes slurry from the kerf, which protects the diamond and holds the bore round from entry to breakthrough.

Typical work includes service penetrations for plumbing and drainage, ducting and conduit routes, air conditioning pipework, anchor holes and coring for extract fans. It is aimed at concrete cutting contractors, mechanical and electrical installers, and hire fleets that need a bit specified for cutting concrete with rebar.
