EMTOP Diesel Generator 5.0kW Electric Start EDGRF511

Mains supply comes and goes across much of the region, and a diesel set is what keeps a workshop, a duka or a small site working through the gap. The EMTOP EDGRF511 is a single-phase 220-240V generator rated at 4.5kW continuous with 5.0kW on peak, sized for contractors, hardware businesses and households that need to carry real load rather than a couple of lights.

A 9.0HP air-cooled diesel engine of 418mL displacement drives a copper coil alternator at 3000rpm. Starting is by electric key with a recoil pull retained as a backup, so the set is not stranded by a flat battery. The 15L tank gives a long run between fills, and a 12V 8.3A DC outlet lets you charge a battery from the same machine. An auxiliary handle set and wheels are fitted, which counts at a dry weight of 102kg.

Suited to standby supply for offices and retail, powering hand tools and light plant on site, running pumps or milling equipment on a farm, and backup for telecoms or clinic cabins.
