EMTOP Drywall Sander 1050W Wall and Ceiling EDSD10501

Rubbing down a skimmed ceiling by hand is slow, dusty work that punishes the shoulders. A drywall sander puts the abrasive on a powered head at the end of a long reach, so the operator stands on the floor and lets the machine flatten the surface. This EMTOP model is driven by a 1050W motor.

The round head is held flat against the board and swept in overlapping passes, feathering jointing compound level with the surrounding surface. Working from a stable stance rather than from the top of a ladder makes a large ceiling far quicker to finish and easier to keep consistent.

Plasterers, drywall fitters, painters and finishing crews use it to flatten skim coats, level taped joints and prepare walls and ceilings before decorating.
