EMTOP Electric Drill 500W 10mm Variable Speed EEDL501

A straightforward mains drill still earns its keep, and the EEDL501 is the light one every workshop needs. Rated at 500W with a 10mm capacity, it is the drill for electricians, fitters, furniture makers and households drilling wood, board, plastic and thin steel.

Speed is variable from zero to 3300rpm through the trigger, which lets a bit be started accurately on a marked centre and then brought up to full pace. A forward and reverse switch backs the bit out of a bind and lets the drill drive and withdraw screws. Because it is a mains tool there is no charge to manage, so it is ready whenever it is picked up, and a set of spare carbon brushes is supplied for when the originals wear.

Use it for pilot holes and clearance holes in timber, drilling backing boards and brackets, opening enclosures and trunking, light steel work, and general assembly and repair where a hammer action is not needed.
