About this product
Smooth loads are the awkward ones. Glazed tiles, sheet metal, pipe and plastic drums all slip through a dry hand, which is why these EMTOP gloves are specified for gripping on a smooth surface. The embossed latex coating breaks the contact patch into raised ridges that bite where a flat coating would slide.
The liner is a 13 gauge polyester knit, finer and closer fitting than a heavy labouring glove, so the wearer keeps a reasonable feel for small fittings and fasteners while still being covered against abrasion. The latex coating is rated for anti-slip performance and the glove is classified EN388:2016 2131X. Size XL, supplied one pair to a paper card.
They suit warehouse picking and stacking, glass and tile handling, pipe and conduit work, delivery and loading crews, workshops and general site duties where a firm grip matters more than heavy padding.
