EMTOP Finishing Sander 320W 90x180mm Base EFSR3201

Flat surfaces and square corners are where a rectangular sander beats a disc. The EFSR3201 is a 320W finishing sander for joinery shops, decorators preparing woodwork and furniture makers taking a surface down to a paintable finish.

The base measures 90 x 180mm and orbits at 14000rpm, fast enough to level filler and mill marks yet fine enough to leave a surface ready for primer. That base is aluminium rather than plastic, which keeps it flat over time and helps the sander sit evenly on the work instead of digging at the leading edge. Five sanding papers are supplied to start with, and a set of spare carbon brushes is included for later service.

It is at home on doors and frames, window boards, shelving and carcass panels, filled and stopped joinery before painting, and on the flat runs of furniture where a random orbit sander leaves the corners untouched.
