Pruning saw carrying a 330mm blade and an extension bar function, so the handle can be mounted on a pole to reach branches above head height. That makes it a practical choice for orchard work, roadside trees and any pruning that would otherwise call for a ladder.

Blade steel is 65Mn with heat treated teeth cut at 7 teeth per inch. The triple-tooth pattern is precision ground on three edges, giving three cutting faces per tooth so green wood is severed rather than torn, and the coarse pitch keeps damp sawdust moving out of the kerf.

Work it on live branches, deadwood, bamboo and heavy shrub stems. Used from a pole it keeps the operator on the ground, which is safer and quicker than repositioning a ladder around a canopy. When the saw is used from a pole, keep the ground below clear and stand outside the fall line of the limb being taken. A steady, unhurried stroke gives far more control at full reach than a fast one.
