EMTOP Quick Bar Clamp 63 x 450mm 18in 60kg ECLPQ60301

Longer version of the quick bar clamp, with a 63 x 450mm clamping size for panels, door frames and assemblies that a 300mm bar cannot span. The trigger action is worked with one hand, which makes it straightforward to hold a joint closed and clamp it in a single movement.

Pumping the grip advances the sliding jaw and builds up to 60kg of clamping force on the work, released with a lever when the job is done. A 5 x 18mm iron ruler bar underpins that pressure and keeps the jaws parallel across the wider opening.

Carpenters, shopfitters and workshop benches use them for laminating, carcass assembly, holding formwork sections and securing a guide rail across a sheet before cutting. The extra reach also helps when clamping through a frame rather than across an edge. Spread the load with a batten when clamping wide panels, so pressure reaches the middle of the joint instead of pinching the work only where the jaws sit.
