MODI 3 Way Adaptor MD-HWA5004P 13A Plastic Square Pin

Built on the same three-way pattern as the rest of MODI's conversion plugs, the MD-HWA5004P carries a plastic square pin plug and gives three switched outlets from one wall socket. It is the everyday fix for a bedroom, a study desk or a shop counter where the fixed wiring provides fewer points than the room actually needs.

Rated 13A at 250V, it uses a UK standard fused plug, and the switch on the body is rated to the same 13A 250V AC so it can break the full load rather than being a token control. Safety shutters sit behind the socket apertures and a 13A fuse protects the block, which keeps a fault or an overloaded appliance from being passed straight back into the house wiring. The shell is ABS and the current-carrying parts are copper plated iron with copper feet, giving contacts that hold their tension against repeated plugging and unplugging.
