MODI Bakelite Satellite Socket Outlet Plate MD-KJM030

Satellite installations run better when the cable is terminated properly at the wall rather than fished out of a hole in the plaster. The MD-KJM030 is MODI's satellite socket outlet in the Bakelite range, catalogued as the MD-HWD5024 accessory.

The connection uses selected copper internal parts, one-piece moulded and chosen for electrical corrosion resistance, which is what keeps a satellite feed clean over time in humid coastal conditions as much as in Nairobi. Wiring is made internally, so the coaxial run can be dressed into the back box and the faceplate refitted without pulling on the terminal. The visible plate is high quality PC, specified as self-extinguishing and flame retardant.

It is specified for living rooms and bedrooms on a DStv or similar feed, hotel and guest house rooms, bars, lodges and any building where satellite distribution is run in conduit to multiple points. Being part of a full accessory series, it matches the TV, telephone and power plates fitted alongside it. Supplied 100 pieces per carton.
