MODI Glossy B1 Bell Push Switch M1-009 Doorbell

A bell push is a momentary switch: it makes the circuit only while it is being pressed and springs back the moment it is released. The MODI M1-009 is the bell push in the Glossy B1 range, built on the V1-009 series plate, and it is the accessory used to trigger a door chime, a gate bell or a buzzer at a reception desk.

Because a bell push is operated far more often than an ordinary light switch, the internal parts matter. The M1-009 uses strictly selected copper contacts for conductivity and resistance to electrical corrosion, in a one-piece moulded body that does not deform with repeated pressing. The plate is high-quality PC, self-extinguishing and flame retardant, and wiring is taken internally for a faster termination.

Typical installations are the gate post of a residential compound, the entrance of a flat, hotel and guest house room doors, and offices where a buzzer calls a runner or security. Finishes are glossy gray, glossy gold and glossy silver, matching the switches and sockets in the same range. Packed 100 pieces per carton.
