MODI MD-SD317 LED Pendant Light 110W Gold 500mm

The MD-SD317110RF is MODI's 110W gold pendant on a 500mm body, sized for the long tables and counters found in kitchens, dining rooms and small offices. Its LED is integrated, so the fitting is complete on delivery and needs only a ceiling connection and a decision on drop height.

Iron and acrylic make up the construction. The frame holds the length straight and the acrylic face carries light evenly from end to end rather than showing the individual emitters. Manufacturer figures for the series list a rated life of 25,000 hours, a colour rendering index of 70 or above and an AC220-240V 50/60Hz supply, which is what Kenyan installations run on. Three colour temperature settings are selectable, letting the fitting shift between a warm evening light and a cooler daylight tone in the same room.

It is generally hung over kitchen islands, dining tables and bar counters, and works equally well above a reception desk or in a meeting room where a single linear fitting replaces a line of downlights.
