Pedrollo CPm158 Hydrofresh Booster Pump Set 0.75kW

The Pedrollo CPm158 Hydrofresh is a horizontal centrifugal pump supplied as a complete pressure set, with a horizontal diaphragm tank, pressure switch and gauge assembled on a common frame. System pressure is held between the switch settings, so the pump runs only when demand draws the system down.

Construction follows the rest of the CP range: a cast iron casing with a brass alloy closed impeller, driven by a close coupled Pedrollo brushless TEFC induction motor rated for continuous operation. The single phase motor carries a thermal cutout in the windings to protect against electrical and mechanical overload and connects directly to the mains through a fuse or MCB. These pumps are not self priming, so the set is installed on a flooded suction from a tank or on a short suction lift with a foot valve.

Domestic and small commercial boosting is the main application — tank fed house supplies, flats, guest houses and workshops — along with water transfer and light agricultural duty on thin, clean, chemically non-aggressive liquids free of solids and fibres.
