Because it pushes rather than sucks, no priming is required and suction lift limits do not apply, which makes it the practical choice wherever water sits below the level of the pump room. Household supply, tank filling, irrigation and general transfer are typical duties. Submersible cable, isolation and dry running protection should be included in the installation.
