Knicker Leather Work Gloves, Yellow

A short-cuff work glove in yellow split leather with a reinforced palm, the cheapest of the four Knicker leather gloves and the one that moves in volume. The leather is the whole point: it takes the abrasion that a fabric glove does not, and it stays wearable after it has been wet and dried again.

This is the glove for general site handling - block work, timber, scaffold fittings, steel sections, loading and offloading. Hardware shops sell it one pair at a time; contractors buy it by the dozen and treat it as a consumable, because at this price a worn pair is replaced rather than repaired.
