Knicker Welding Gauntlets, Red Leather

The heaviest of the four Knicker leather gloves: a long-cuff welding gauntlet in red split leather, sewn rather than glued at the seams. It is the one welders ask for by sight, and the price sits above the blue and grey gauntlet for the leather weight.

It is bought for stick and MIG work, for cutting and grinding bays, and anywhere hot offcuts are handled by hand. The long cuff protects the forearm where a sleeve rides up, which is the usual complaint with a wrist-length glove in a fabrication shop.

Supplied in one size. No heat rating, leather grade or standard is published for this gauntlet, so if the job or the client specifies rated welding gloves, tell us and we will quote on that requirement.
