Reflective Tape Red and White, 5 cm x 25 m

A roll of reflective tape in alternating red and white, 5 cm wide and 25 m long. Red and white is the marking most people read straight away as a hazard or an edge, which is why it ends up on barriers and on the back of vehicles rather than the plain yellow or white rolls. One width, one length, one colour combination.

On site it goes onto barrier rails and scaffold uprights, skip sides, gate posts and bollards, speed bumps, and the rear and side panels of lorries, trailers and tractors so that headlights pick them out at night. Contractors, signwriters, transporters, garages doing bodywork and county works crews are the regular buyers.

Sold by the roll at 5 cm x 25 m, packed 24 rolls to a carton for trade. Confirm how the roll fixes — some reflective tapes are self-adhesive and some are not — and note that the supplier does not publish a reflectivity grade, so check what a tender or an inspector expects before ordering for a specified job.
