Rossel Disposable Dust Masks

A throwaway dust mask sold under the Rossel name, offered in two grades. The supplier describes the light grade as 140 gsm packed in blue packing, and lists the heavy grade by name only. Both are the everyday mask a worker puts on for a shift and bins at the end of it.

On site these go out by the handful — cement and mortar dust when mixing, sweeping out a slab, cutting blocks, sanding and chasing walls, and the dust of a grain store or a joinery shop. Contractors, schools, farms and cleaning crews buy them for the run of small jobs that do not justify a cartridge respirator, and hardware shops keep both grades because the heavy one is what customers ask for when the work is dirtier.

Choose the light or the heavy grade; the supplier packs the light grade twenty packets to a carton, which is the unit most trade buyers order. Filtration is not something the supplier publishes for these masks, so if your site or your client requires certified respiratory protection, confirm the standard you need before you order.
