About this product
Four gangs on a single bakelite plate, each wired for two way operation, make the MD-KJM1008 the switch for entrance positions that carry the whole ground floor. Rather than splitting circuits across several plates, the installer brings them into one box and leaves the client with one place to find the lights.
The plate is moulded bakelite, a thermoset that tolerates heat and daily handling without softening or marking. Inside, selected copper parts carry the current and resist electrical corrosion, and the one-piece moulded body holds four mechanisms in alignment so the rockers stay even and positive after years of use. Internal wiring is close to essential at this gang count, since the number of cores arriving at the box is what usually slows the second fix down.
It suits entrance lobbies, main corridors, shop floors, workshops, churches and halls where lighting is zoned and switched centrally. Supplied 100 pieces per carton.
