MODI LED Pendant Light MD-SD258L-6 E27 Suspended Fitting

Statement fittings do a job that recessed downlights cannot: they mark out a space. The MD-SD258L-6 is a suspended pendant from MODI's SD258 series, wired for E27 lamps so the buyer chooses the bulb, whether that is a warm filament globe for a restaurant or a plain white lamp for an office atrium.

The frame is made from iron and aluminium with silicone components, a combination that keeps the structure rigid across a wide fitting while holding the weight down on the suspension. The series is designed to hang on a long drop, with the reference model quoted at 1500mm overall height, so it works over a stairwell void, a double-height lobby or a long dining table where there is room for the fitting to sit well below the ceiling.

Suited to restaurants, hotel lobbies, showrooms, reception areas, boardrooms and large residential dining rooms. Because the lamps are E27, output and colour temperature are set by the bulbs fitted, and re-lamping later needs nothing special. Installation should be onto a fixing point rated for the suspended weight.
