MODI M2 Data Socket Outlet Computer Network Wall Plate

Structured cabling ends at a plate, and the M2-020 is the one MODI supplies for computer points in the M2 range. It terminates a data drop at the wall so a workstation, access point or network printer can be patched in without cable running loose across the floor.

The plate is moulded in one piece from high-quality PC material that is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, giving it the rigidity to sit flat and the surface finish to match the switches and power sockets on the same wall. Internal wiring keeps the cable termination inside the back box, away from knocks during fit-out and later cleaning.

It belongs in offices and co-working spaces, school and college computer rooms, hotel business centres, clinics and any residential project where data points are being installed alongside power. White, gold and grey finishes are available. On refurbishments it replaces older data plates in the existing flush back box, so cabling can be reused where it is still sound. Packed 100 pieces per carton, which suits floor-by-floor office fit-outs.
