MODI Electric Water Heater MD-HWH5004 2200W 60-100 Litre

A horizontal storage water heater built around a porcelain enamel-coated inner tank, the MD-HWH5004 covers the household hot water load for a bathroom or a small flat. Three tank sizes are offered on the same 2200W element, so the choice is about draw-off volume rather than heating power: 60 litres for a single bathroom, 80 litres where a second outlet is in use, and 100 litres for a larger household or a shared line.

The tank carries a magnesium anode to protect the enamel lining from the corrosion that hard or mineral-heavy water causes, and a rust-proof base. High-density PU insulation surrounds the tank to hold heat between draw-offs and cut standing losses. Safety is layered rather than singular: a double-safety Italian thermostat, over-temperature protection, and valve-based safeguards with two independent functions.

An external temperature indicator lets the user read the tank without opening anything. The horizontal format suits ceiling-void and above-door mounting where floor or wall space is committed, a common constraint in apartment bathrooms. Each unit ships individually.
