Narrow-beam high bays exist for tall buildings. Where a 120 degree fitting would spill most of its light onto walls and racking tops, the MD-MLD15 concentrates the beam at 45 degrees and drives it down to the floor, which is what you want over aisles in a high warehouse, in a stadium, or in a station concourse.

Construction follows the UFO pattern: a die-cast aluminium surface with an integrated heat sink, fin radiator giving good air circulation, an optical grade PC lens mask with a formed silicone sealing ring at the bottom pad, and a round die-cast aluminium driver housing with a stainless steel ring, screw locked to the body. The driver is a non-isolated 4KV constant current type. The 100W version produces 8000 lumens, colour rendering is rated 70 or above, and the manufacturer quotes 25,000 hours of life at an ambient of 45 degrees Celsius.

Offered in 100W and 200W. Typical installations are factories, stadiums, stations, workshops, godowns and covered yards with high roof clearance, where fittings are hard to reach and long service intervals matter.
