MODI M1 Double Socket with USB and Type C M1-018 2 Gang

Every household now runs more chargers than it has spare outlets. The M1-018 addresses that directly, pairing a double multi-function switched socket with two charging ports, USB and Type C, on a single M1 flat plate in white, gold, grey or black.

The mains outlets are universal, taking square pin and round two-pin plugs, and each is switched. Behind the plate the construction is the same as the rest of the V1 series: a high quality PC panel that is self-extinguishing and flame retardant, one-piece moulded copper internal parts, and internal wiring terminals so the accessory can be landed and closed without crowding the box.

Bedsides, home offices, kitchen worktops, rental units and student accommodation are the usual positions. One of these beside a bed replaces the plug-in charger block that otherwise blocks a socket permanently, and the white version keeps the cost sensible when several are specified per unit.
