MODI Bakelite Double Universal Switched Socket MD-KJM046

Imported appliances rarely arrive with the plug you want. The MD-KJM046 from the MODI Bakelite range is a two gang switched multi-function socket, so both outlets take UK square pins and round two-pin plugs without an adaptor. It is the MD-HWD5013 series accessory, supplied with a neon indicator.

The neon shows at a glance whether an outlet is live, which is genuinely useful in areas that lose supply or run off a changeover. Internally the socket uses selected copper parts, one-piece moulded and specified for electrical corrosion resistance and steady conductivity, while internal wiring terminals keep the second fix quick. MODI moulds the panel in high quality PC, a self-extinguishing and flame-retardant material.

Guest rooms, offices, hotels, salons and any household with a mix of local and imported equipment are the natural fit. It also saves callbacks in furnished rentals, where the next tenant's charger is an unknown quantity. Cartons contain 50 pieces.
