MODI LED Floodlight MD-FL1950L 50W 6000lm IP65

Slim enough to sit almost flat against a wall, the MD-FL1950L is a 50W LED floodlight producing 6000 lumens from a body just 26mm deep. The wide input range of AC100-240V, tolerating AC100-265V in operation, makes it a sensible choice on supplies that wander, which is a practical concern on many sites.

The ultra-thin aluminium housing is designed to shed heat quickly, and behind the PC front sit high-brightness SMD 2835 chips over an efficient deep reflector cup that widens the exposure range. The constant current driver is built in and non-isolated. Sealing is rated IP65, so driven rain and hose-down cleaning are within its remit, and surge protection is 4KV with colour rendering at 80 or better. Rated life is 25000 hours at an ambient of up to 50 degrees Celsius, and the standard finish is grey.

The manufacturer lists tunnels, stadiums, docks and ports as target applications, and the same reasoning covers yards, gates, perimeter walls, workshops and forecourts. Higher outputs of 100W and 150W are available in the same series.
