MODI 3 Way Multi Plug Adaptor with USB 13A MD-HWA6030U

The MD-HWA6030U takes the standard MODI three-way wall adaptor and adds USB charging, so phones and small devices can be charged without giving up a mains outlet. It plugs directly into an existing wall socket on UK standard pins, with no cable to trail across the floor.

Three universal outlets accept both square-pin and round-pin plugs, and the USB output is rated DC 5V at 2.1A, enough for a phone or tablet at a sensible rate. The integrated switch is rated 13A at 250V AC, and the UK plug carries a fuse for protection at the adaptor rather than only at the board. The shell is moulded PP over copper current-carrying parts.

Guest rooms, student hostels, offices, salons and bedside positions are the usual homes for this one, along with reception desks where staff phones are charged during the day. For hardware retailers it sits naturally beside the non-USB MD-HWA6030 as the upgrade option. Supplied 36 pieces to a carton.
