About this product
Most points in a house are a single switched 13A socket, and the M1-011 is MODI's version of it in the M1 flat-plate range. It comes from the V1-011 series and is available in white, gold, grey and black, which covers everything from a plain rental unit to a darker interior scheme.
The panel is moulded in high quality PC, a self-extinguishing and flame-retardant material. Inside, MODI uses selected copper parts formed in one piece, giving steady conductivity and enough spring in the contact that a plug still sits firmly after years of use. Wiring is made at internal terminals, so an electrician lands the conductors inside the accessory and closes it onto the box without wrestling loose tails.
It is the natural bulk item for apartments, maisonettes, offices, shops and institutional work, and the white version is the one contractors quote by default. Ordering the same model in more than one colour lets a developer keep white through the service rooms and switch to black or gold in the living spaces. Packed 100 per carton.
