MODI M2 20A Water Heater Switch Wall Plate 3 Colours

From the M2 wall plate collection, the M2-028 is a 20A switch for water heaters and similar fixed heavy loads. It is the control point an electrician fits so a geyser can be isolated at the wall, and it is sized for the sustained current those circuits draw rather than the light-duty ratings used on lighting switches.

The M2 range is built around selected internal copper parts, one-piece moulded for stronger conductivity and good flexibility, with resistance to electrical corrosion and to deformation over a long service life. Panels are pressed from high-quality PC that is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, and wiring is taken internally so terminals stay behind the plate and installation runs faster on site. The finish is treated as part of the specification here, with a champagne gold option alongside the plain white for rooms where the switch is meant to be seen.

Suited to bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, hotel corridors and apartment blocks being fitted out to a consistent plate style. Available in white, gold and grey, so the water heater switch matches the other M2 switches and sockets in the same room.
