About this product
Every rewire leaves a box or two with nothing in it, and the MODI M2-030 is the 3 x 3 blank plate that covers one properly. Rather than a bare box or a taped-over opening, the plate gives a flat, screwed-down face that matches the other M2 accessories on the same wall.
It is available in white, gold and grey, following the finishes used through the M2 range so a blanked position is not obvious in a line of switches. The moulding is high-quality PC, self-extinguishing and flame retardant, and it fixes to the standard screw centres of a single back box with no adaptor required.
Electricians use it when an outlet is relocated, when a junction has to stay accessible behind a plate, and on new work where back boxes are chased in before the final layout is agreed. Offices and shops need it whenever partitions move and old positions are left behind. It is packed 100 pieces per carton.
